This is a simple, video tutorial to review the basic features of a spectrum analyzer, using an Analog Arts (http://analogarts.com/) SL937. We review three essential points about spectrum plots: 1- a spectral plot is in the frequency domain 2- it displays the signal's power on a logarithmic scale 3- the signal is displayed with respect to a chosen reference level on the top of the screen.
